A Story I Never Expected to Tell
Mattress Concierge was never supposed to be my story.
After the unexpected passing of my former husband, I was left with a company I knew very little about—and never planned to run. At the time, my career was in senior living, and my focus was raising my two children, who were just 17 and 19.
Stepping into the business felt overwhelming. I didn’t understand the mattress industry, the manufacturing process, or the hospitality space we served.
But as I began to learn more, something shifted.
I saw the hotels we were working with. I experienced the product myself. And I realized there was something special here—something worth building.
So I made a decision: I would take it on.
The early days were filled with challenges. There were mistakes, learning curves, and moments of uncertainty. But with each small success came confidence, and with that confidence came growth.
Today, Mattress Concierge is built on a simple philosophy: every hotel deserves a mattress that elevates the guest experience.
When you work with us, you work directly with me. I take pride in understanding your property, your guests, and the experience you want to create—then helping you select the right product to bring that vision to life.
All of our mattresses are handcrafted in Hartford, Connecticut, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality and deliver quickly when our clients need it most.
This company is also deeply personal. My former husband struggled with alcoholism, which ultimately led to his passing. Continuing and growing Mattress Concierge is a way to honor what he started—and to show my children what their father was capable of building.
What began as uncertainty has become purpose.
And today, that purpose drives everything we do.
